So frightened at the prospect of buying my 1st Rolex through internet until I spoke to Peter. Got great sense he was being honest and was fair and really put me at ease. Beautiful watch was in my hands within 24 hours. Felt so great about it that I then proceeded to order one for my spouse with same great experience and great pricing. Ermitage Jewelers delivers old-school courteous, polite, professional service. I discovered Ermitage after local dealer (practically) invited me to "give away" my watch. Nobody likes to be treated like they just fell off a Turnip Truck! I too was reluctant to conduct a Watch sale "online," "through the mail." But one phone call set my mind at ease. Peter is so courteous & respectful that I skipped the "haggling" part and accepted his offer! Treat EVERYONE w/ decency and kindness? THIS is the way to build business! 100% seamless exchange. Ermitage has me looking for another watch, their Customer Service is that good. Rare. P.S. Peter and Liz are people of their word-- also rare! 100% of what they promised, they *delivered*.
